Hello all who are kind enough to pass by this way. I'm hurriedly putting this post together whilst I run a bath in the background (which gives me approx. 15 mins before it'll start to overflow), to ensure I enter this card into the latest Monday Mojo challenge on time.
I have spent a delightful day, relaxing at a local crop and, for a change, actually spending the time crafting. I had taken along the sketch for the challenge and in a mere three hours, I managed to make this card. It's a good job I don't mass produce these things lol. Mind, in that time, I did hand sew around the edge of the patterned paper as well as cut out and sew together the fabric flower. The only thing I did on my return home was to print out the Birthday sentiment and attach.
It's been a gorgeous start of the weekend, weather wise too, sun and blue sky, if not always warm. Plus, due to a significant birthday of one of the girls later in the month, cake has been involved in the day's activities. Pink, glittery confection I may add too. So all in all, though I wasn't very productive (and to be honest, who ever is when they go out cropping or crafting), I had a lot of fun.
Hope you are all enjoying yourselves too, wherever you may be. Pxx
It's worth the three hours of time Paul! Lucky person who it's going to.
ReplyDeleteI'll bring your prize tomorrow incase you can make it to Padgate... hope to see you,
