I haven't had a lot of time to create something for this week's Play Date Cafe Challenge. My craft room has been temporarily turned upside down as I have thrown myself full force into some early spring cleaning. I've filled five bin liners with items to be recycled/given away already and I'm not done yet. Friends of mine had a similar clear out at the beginning of the year in their stash collection and extolled the delight you feel and I can confirm that yes, there is a wonderful calm, joyous feeling when you enter a room that's finally free of clutter.
So in order to contribute at least a little something to the challenge this week, I pulled out some patterned paper which had two of the three colours on it, brown and red. I then die cut ten shapes out of the largest Spellbinders Labels 2 set. I folded them in half and stuck them back to back, adding a red cord and bead with a linen white tassel, to hang the ornament by. A make in minutes but it still counts haha.
