I came home to discover a gorgeous selection of colours to play with at the Play Date Cafe challenge this week. Romantic, wistful hues of pink and cream accented with a berry blue.
Actually, there are a number of birthdays coming up in the next few weeks, so I'd better get my skates on and make them too (and with some of them being crafty followers, i won't be able to post them on here lol). I'll just add it to my long list of to dos.
I'm also getting an itch to make an altered book again. When I came home a few days ago, amongst the post waiting to be opened was the latest Craft Stamper magazine. And for the first time, it gave itself over to a theme, which in this issue was around turning books into art. Ideas are now swirling around in my little brain and I'm eager to find a suitable hardback to start playing with. But I'd better make some cards first.
