Snow Flowers

I tried these flowers out again from this tutorial. I laid the puffy paint on a lot thicker than in the steps shown and it gives the flowers the look of having been covered in heavy snow. They'll be perfect for any upcoming wintry projects or even to decorate the packaging on Christmas gifts, as an alternative to a bow. Px

What a clever idea! This is a great accent for a wintry card, I agree! I just got an update from Martha Stewart's craft site a few days ago and she had an idea for place cards using pulled apart pine cone flower embellishments ...making a pine cone flower and adding that puffy paint would look awesome, too! (Only, though, if you don't have to buy pinecones on ebay~ :)

Lovely wintry flowers Paul. I think I have some puff paint somewhere - got some of that other stuff which might do anyway.
If I want to do a flower I know exactly where to come - you are the King of Flower Power. Hugs, Neet x
