Nothing for ages then suddenly three turn up at once

Yes I've been poorly over the last few weeks and just as I was finally feeling better another wave hit me. Okay so that explains why no pictures of anything made. However, by hauling myself off to a crop, I managed to crack on with a few LO's I'd already planned out and which merely needed assembling. They all still follow the graphic style of layouts and I haven't loosened up on that yet. The first "Role Models" is from a sketch by Shimelle on UKS for Scrap like you mean it. I saw it used on Michele's blog and loved the design. The second, is a 12 of 12 for December last year. The idea is to photograph and scrap twelve photos from the twelth of each month. I like the idea because it encourages me to take my camera out and USE it. And yes I know there's a repeat picture on it. It's been photoshopped to allow a small edit. Finally, there's "A Slippery Snake" which records how a night out on the town turned into a rollercoaster ride. A fun memory though it didn't feel like that at the time. Right I think it's the hour for a nice hot lemon & honey drink to ease my hacking cough :D Hopefully have a few more pictures in the week.

Really sorry to hear you have been poorly, Paul - didn't realise ... :(. Have popped in a few times and am now delighted to see your lovely LOs! The Slippery Snake has wonderful colours and a great clean design - love 'em all, though this is my favourite. I had to have a closer look at the role models - what, no Tim Holtz? Eek! What happened? :) xx alexa

Glad you're feeling brighter, Paul. I love the graphic LOs, I'm really enjoying doing some stuff like this at the moment, but with some 'frothy' stuff to balance :)
