No place like home indeed! Dorothy had never visited the Savior region of France. It's not a place I'd dream of living all year round but I like the idea of six months there, six months in the UK. The scenery is breathtaking, the air so clean and the food, pure nourishment for the soul. If I could click my heels three times, Annecy is where I'd wish to be transport.
This is the third LO in my unfinished pile which I've been cracking on with. I'm decluttering my computer finally of all these partially complete projects. A new broom for the new year. Holidays have been booked in France, but not the Alpine area unfortunately. But Paris is being planned and looking like a goer. I can just taste those art galleries! Turner in Paris, Van Gogh in London, it's a funny year for exhibitions. Lowry will be shown in New York next!
And BTW I'm still using more patterned paper than I've bought. Don't know the tally but seven days in and I'm doing well.

I love Annecy too Paul, it's beautiful. The colour of the lake in the summer is fantastic.
Love your layout - must dig out my photos of that region and do something with them .... so much to do, so little time! LOL! x
Magnifique, mon ami :) That looks like a place to visit - beautiful! You're stirring up those longings in me again, lol...
Lovely LO Paul. Annecy is a favourite place of mine too and I echo what you said about the clean air.
Can you get in touch re Vicky Stampers please.
Luscious LO, Paul - I have those papers too and must do something with them! The colours go so well with your photos, and the strips of paper give a nice effect. I don't know Annecy but my parents spent a holiday there and absolutely loved it. x alexa
