Ink Pad Storage

A couple of years back, a lovely person at a crop gave me a wooden tray. At the time, she thought it too good to throw away and guessed I'd be able to make something of it. Well that day has come.

I've been trying to bring a sense of order to my craft room and when looking around for a way to house my chalk inks, I thought of this tray. I took some measurements to see if I could fit all of them in then set about hacking into an old football album I bought from a charity shop. The covers were perfect for upcycling into the shelves. I papered the whole lot in Basic Grey's Archaic collection and now I have instant access to my inks.

It's a small step but at least it's in the right direction.
