Colours to Make you Hungry

Over at Colour Q this week, they picked some wonderfully vivid, fresh colours and gave them mouthwatering names. Certainly Celery, Barely Banana, Chocolate Chip and Tempting Turquoise (okay, the last one doesn't count haha).

I'm pretty sure that no matter which colour you choose as the dominant one, this scheme will stand out as fresh and youthful.

I've used them to make another birthday card (always useful to have these stock piled for emergencies). And I've used another set of newly acquired stamps. This time from Cupids Clear Stamps. Only just discovered this local company, who had a stall at the recent fair in Harrogate. Love their designs, especially the typographical ones.

The background was created using Martha Stewart's scoreboard. The blue mat layer was embossed with a cuttlebug folder and the sentiment is a Hero Arts stamp combined with a Spellbinders bookplate die.
