Time for tea with a quick card

Over at Play Date Cafe this week, we were given the freedom to choose the colours we wished from an inspirational bathroom still life photograph. I chose to go with the lime green from the background, the aqua blue in the soap, the tan in the ceramic pot and the white in the soap dish.

I also decided to use my new Papertrey Ink stamps and anything I found in my scraps box. We're in March and I still haven't bought any new 12x12 papers (and stamps don't count). Mind you, it's the Harrogate Craft fair next week. It's easy to be sanctimonious when you haven't had temptation come your way. Will I still be annoyingly smug by this time next week?

Again, I've kept the design graphically simple. Saying that, my craft desk looks disgracefully cluttered and messy afterwards, given that all I've produced is one small card. The card may be clean but my fingers are coated in ink and glue. I'm not complaining. It's deeply satisfying haha.
