Blue The Colour Suits You

Cool Blue, how can you stay this way forever? This week's Play Date Cafe challenge had me humming away to one of my favourite songs by the Eurythmics. Annie Lennox, in her heyday, was the most beautiful, perfect and quirky woman with an amazing set of vocals and attitude to match. Their early albums are still as fresh and never sound dated.

Anyhoo, back to the challenge and we were given a light and dark blue to match with cream or white (or in my case, both). Heavenly, serene, cool colours. Loved using them. Used lots of punches and dies, how on earth did I survive before them. Used up some old paper too, to make the flower. This is a K&co paper I've had since year dot. I'm glad to have found a reason to cut into it.

Supplies: Cardstock; Papermill. Patterned Paper; K&Co, American Crafts. Dies; Spellbinders. Punches; Martha Stewart. Stamps; Hero Arts, Butterfly Kisses

Fab card, Paul! Love all the finishing touches such as the faux stitching and the pearls tied to the centre of the button. You're certainly making good use of the punches and Nesties - as you say, don't know how we managed without them xx

That's a lovely shade of blue, Paul - almost cornflower - my favourite colour ever. Most of the time anyway, my favourites keep changing, lol. Great design :)
