This week's colours for the Play Date Cafe are really cool. Greens & blues are both fresh, cool colours. If you think minty chewing gum brands, you'll think of these. And this week, they've been teamed up with beige, a neutral. It's a brilliant, analogous scheme and one of my favourites.
As for the card itself, I embossed a glitter card from DCWV using a cuttlebug folder and glued on the bling jewels. I used an EK punch for the decorative strip and placed a plain piece of beige card underneath. The sentiment was stamped onto a circle, added to a scalloped circle & plopped on top using 3D foam.
