Determined

Yes it's the festive season, a time to take a break but I'm determined to make an entry for this week's Play Date Cafe Challenge. With warm wine, beige and bright blue, it's a lovely split complimentary scheme.

No more Christmas crafts, it's now time for the cards we send out to thank our loved ones for the gifts we received. This is a simple one, made by folding over a cream DCWV card (from La Creme stock) and stamping an Inkadinkadoo sentiment on top. Couldn't be easier.

Hope you all had a wonderful time yesterday. I know I ate until I was fit to burst. Not sure going for a Christmas walk before the dinner was quite the correct way round. We're planning another stroll today to help deal with the excesses of pudding that we wolfed down. Better go grab my thermals then and fill a flask with hot tea.

We've just been out for a "walk".... got half way to the park but the roads were too dodgy so we came home...didn't want to risk Dave's hip! Hope your's goes better!

You are on the brink of 100 followers, my friend! I am ready to go out on the street corner with a sign that says 'come follow Paul', but I'm just not sure it would work!
You'll do fine attracting #100 all on your own if you continue down this creative path (see my nice segue?) LOL

Seriously...this is a great card and the colors are spot on xx

Love your CAS card Paul! Beautiful sentiment stamp, perfect for this time of year. Adore that touch of bright blue with the string/hemp.

Great to see you ate your way through Christmas Day - wish I could go for a walk but a bit too hard on the old feet with this snow.
Hope you had a another lovely walk - thinking of you fondly.
