A Little Sweet Surprise

There are so many inspiring challenges out there. I wish I had the time to play along with all of them. However, I don't, so I have to throw a coin in the air to choose. This card has been made using Mojo Monday for the sketch & Friday Mash Up for the inspiration. This week, Buttons and/or Cupcakes.

It gave me the opportunity to use my cupcake stamps from Papertrey Ink as well as a new 6x6 paper pad of vintage styled papers. I have fallen back in love again with My Mind's Eye, thanks to their Lost & Found 2 range. And I believe I'm not the only one as they are very popular. I've bought four of the new collection pads (well, I couldn't decide) and the one I've used here is Blush.

Hope you are enjoying a creative day and finding a little time to make and play. I've got some gooey chocolate cookies to go make. I'm just waiting for the oven to heat up to temperature. In the meantime, here's some I made at the weekend. Px

Love what you've done with the twine. As for choccie cookies, is there no end to your talents. Me thinks you need to bake some for the next Viccy Stampers, x

Congratulations Paul on being the Friday Mashup's Rockstar. Your card is just stunning and I mayhave to go and buy some of the patterned paper myself! Happy Stamping!

Hi Paul,

Your creation is fabulous! Its nice to see a "guy" card - actually when my husband retires from his instructor position I KNOW he's going to get into this. He's very artistic and we do a lot of creative things together.

I agree the Mind's Eye papers are phenomenal - I've only just allowed myself the treat of designer papers even if they cost more. You get what you pay for!

Did you say CHOCOLATE? How utterly cruel! Haha, my husband feeds me two squares (not meals, sq of choc, the GOOD stuff!) every morning with my a.m. coffee. I'm not a breakfast girl - this is the perfect start to a day!

I have some free templates that might come in handy if you'd like!

Happy Carding!
