Yes I'm happy, happy, happy. I had a fantastic day out at Port Sunlight Happy Stampers fair yesterday. Met up with lots of friends and had a great laugh outside with all the ladies from the KCUK crew. Just crossing my fingers that the photos Cath took of us all don't make me cringe too much lol :D.
I spent a small fortune (why oh why do I bother setting myself a budget???) but at least I came home with the one thing I needed, a heat buddy to replace the one which went phut on me a couple of weeks ago.
The rest of my pennies were spent on border punches, inkadinkadoo stamps and even more butterfly designs. Since when did I turn into a flowers and butterfly guy? Haven't a clue but have to say I love 'em. They're so darn versatile and colourful.
Anyhoo, once I returned home, I grabbed some paper from my scraps box and had a play with my newly acquired stash straight away. Yes, we had friends coming over that night but hey, dinner could wait haha. And this is the result. Look, there's even sparkle in there!
BTW I haven't forsaken my scrapbook pages. I've been creating them too in the past week. However, being a hybrid scrapper, they are all still sitting on my computer waiting for me to finish and start printing out, so that I can assemble and finally upload onto here.
Finally, thank you to Lynne, Margaret, Mo and Dorothy for the beautiful ATCs I came away with yesterday. xxx

oo I'm very impressed, Paul! I got as far as putting my stuff away, but was too tired to even think about playing with it all. Fab card - love the glitzy butterfly and the white scalloped border.
You mean you didn't snatch one of my wonderful ATCs, lol????? Only joking - but they were up for grabs... Glad you like your piccies - still tempted to blog the naughty one, he, he!!! Great to see you and glad you got to play. Nothing wrong with flutterbies - I love them and will be using mine - and the dragonflies I haven't used in years - very soon - they're out, waiting!! Not had chance to play with my new (small - and quite 'cute' for me ,lol) stash yet and probably won't for a couple of days, but I will, eventually. It was a great day!!!
