It's Challenge Time Again

Here we are on another Thursday and the Play Date Cafe has launched it's latest colour challenge. Black & White with a hint of...the choice was gold, copper or pink. I went for copper. And yes, it's another minimalist piece. I do love the opportunity to pare a design right back. This makes a perfect note card to suit nearly all occasions.

And for the first time ever, i'm going to enter this card into two challenges. Normally I prefer to make something origianl for each challenge I like but time is running away with me this week. So I'm going to use this as my entry for the Crafty Cardmakers blog. The challenge is to produce a card that's clean and simple and well you don't get any cleaner and simpler than this one haha.

Ooh, gorgeous, Paul. I've been wanting to play this one, too but time's run out for me now, unless I get time at the weekend. I love the Colour Splash challenges. Great way of using those frames, too - I have loads of 'em... h'mm.

I love note cards and I love to make them. Yours is starkly beautiful. I love the "hardware" you used to frame the butterfly. Great stuff! Best, Curt
